A: If you have a data plan with your cellular network operator you can make VoIP calls over 3G/EDGE. The SessionTalk iPhone client will automatically register with your provider over the cellular network if a WiFi connection is not available. Note that a GPRS connection is not suitable for VoIP calls as the data rate is too slow. You can determine whether you have a 3G/EDGE connection as the status bar on the iPhone will either have the 3G or E symbol. GPRS is represented by a little circle. iPod users can only make calls over WiFi.
A: Currently SessionTalk iPhone supports the G711u, G711a, GSM and iLBC codecs. We plan to support G729 and G722 in a future update.

A: You will be able to answer the call by clicking on the answer button. SessionTalk iPhone is then launched and the call will be automatically accepted. After this, there is then no difference between a 'Push' call and a normal inbound call.
A: If you have Keep Awake mode set as 'Always' this keeps the app awake even in the background and so allows you to receive calls without registering for Push. Thus the Push option is disabled in this mode. To re-enable it set 'Keep Awake Mode' to 'Off' or 'Foreground'. Please be aware that keeping the app awake in the background can drain the battery so this option is best used when on Mains power. The Push option will not affect battery life.
